Contribute to the Community JSNA

The aim of the following questions is to find out from VCFS organisations:

  • What you are doing that’s making a difference
  • What you and your service-users feel are gaps in service-provision
  • Your information about  trends and messages that commissioners need to know
  • Anecdotal evidence and success stories

Please include your sources of evidence to back up your answers if available, for example service user surveys, end of year reports etc.

Meetings

Whether you enjoy meetings or dread them, they are an essential part of running a community group or charity. Meetings allow the trustees or committee to make decisions and ensure that an organisation is managed effectively and is able to meet its aims.

Membership of CVS Cheshire East is Free

Affiliated members must:
•    Be Voluntary, Community or Charity based and be located and operate within Cheshire East
•    Be interested in the governance and management of CVS Cheshire East and take part in the AGM

Associate members are:
•    Individuals or organisations who wish to receive only general information or use services on an occasional basis and who do not wish to participate in the governance of CVS Cheshire East
•    Groups that are based outside of the Cheshire East unitary Authority area but who provide key services within Cheshire East
