CVS has been able to secure from our health colleagues free PPE including, Face Visors, Hand Sanitiser, Disinfectant and Gloves. 

To request an allocation, please submit your details below. 

Face Visors - We will allocate in boxes of 100 where possible. The minimum request is 50.   Please note these visors are designated as single use, we have received advice that you are able to reuse them with conditions that they are allocated to a single person, cleaned with apprioriate products and quarantined for at least 72 hours between use and so when you request the amount you need please take this into account.

Hand Sanitiser - Available in individual bottles 500ml or 750ml, current maximum order of 10 bottles each

Gloves - limited supply of have 6 boxes with 100 in each box, current maximum order of 1 box

Disinfectant sachets - limited supply of 160 sachets

If an item is marked as limited supply please only select if you have an immediate use

Collection for the visors is currently from Crewe or Macclesfield once you have submitted your request one of the team will confirm we have them available and ask you for your preferred collection location, date and time. 

Collection for other items is currently Crewe only.
