Terms and Conditions of Booking
• The room booking is confirmed upon a booking confirmation email from CVS. • Payment for the room hire must be made prior to attending your booking, the date of payment will be stated on the invoice. • Cancellations made 5 working days, or more, before the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 working days before the booking date. • A record of attendees must be kept for Fire Evacuation purposes. • Please leave the room in the same clean and orderly condition as you found it. • Please report any damages which may occur during the period of use. • CVS are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the booking. • CVS reserves the right to cancel any booking if they feel that there is a risk to others using the building.

Equipment Hire - All prices are per day, weekly prices are available upon request
Evening bookings are available upon request, Internet is available in all meeting rooms via WiFi
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Invoices will be raised on the day your event takes place. One invoice will be raised to cover your venue hire, catering equipment and usage. All invoices are payable within 21 days. You must give at least 3 working days of cancellation or you will be invoiced the full amount. For details of charges please see our Service charge sheet attached.

The CVS Christmas Toy Appeal is set up to provide local charitable organisations and family services in Cheshire East with gifts and presents for the families and children they work with directly who may go without at Christmas due to impacting circumstances.
