Thank you for requesting the PPE.  We have the allocation to support your request.  

There are two collection points currently:

Crewe - CVS Office Ashton House, 1a Gatefield Street, Crewe, CW1 2JP 

Macclesfield - DIB Office, Pierece Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6ER

 

Both Venues are available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
