Brigistowe - Event: Boundaries in the VCSE Workplace

Our training includes: 

• What boundaries are and why we have them 
• What can make it difficult to maintain boundaries 
• Case studies – Common situations that can occur and how we can respond to them 
• Boundaries Policy – How effective organisational policies can support effective boundaries management within services

Who is it for: 

Organisations in the health, voluntary, community, and social enterprise sectors and their staff, to support their understanding of and confidence in maintaining boundaries within their role. 

Format: 

This training can be done online or in person. The sessions are capped at 15 participants to allow for meaningful engagement. We currently have an online workshop booked in on 1^st August, which can be registered for here. We can also organise in-person workshops for individual organisations and their staff, or shared training between multiple organisations.
