Toy Request Application Form

We at CVS Cheshire East are delighted to be running our Christmas Toy Appeal this year. Especially with the pandemic impacting so many children and families, there is no doubt that this year the appeal is #NeverMoreNeeded.

To run this year's Christmas Toy Appeal we've had to change a few things to comply with covid secure practices and to curb any further social restrictions negatively impacting the appeal. To help us understand and anticipate the demand for donations in this year's appeal, please complete this form as soon as you can.

We will campaign hard in generating donations in support of the appeal, encouraging the Cheshire East public and businesses alike to come together and create some festive cheer for the children being supported by the voluntary and community sector and are facing challenging times this Christmas.

But we are aware of the impact the pandemic has had on our supporters. Many businesses taking financial hits, staff furloughed or working from home and their own covid secure practices to comply with. Individual supporters have been impacted similarly also. Subsequently, support from our core supporters this year may not be as strong as it has been in previous years. This means we need to broaden the reach of the appeal to help meet as much of the demand for donations as possible.

As a condition for groups to receive an allocation, you will be required to share and publish details about the appeal within your networks and social media accounts (CVS will provide a support pack).

Although we will do our best to fulfill your request, we cannot promise that this will be the case - successful applications depend upon the quantities of toys that are donated.

CVS Member organisations of CVS Cheshire East will receive priority service, but we will endeavour to fulfill as many requests as we are able. Should we not be able to fulfill your request we will notify you at the earliest possible time.

Toy allocations will need to be collected from: CVS Cheshire East, 1a Gatefield Street, Crewe CW1 2JP Thursday 10th December 2020. You will also be allocated a timeslot for pick up no less than a week before the collection day.

The CVS organiser for this appeal is Marketing Manager Andrew Luisis andrew.luisis@cvsce.org.uk  who can also be reached on 01270 763 100 if you have any enquiries.
