We Are Survivors currently has an opening for a Part-time (2 days) Trauma Informed Therapist (OUT Spoken) to join their team. This position offers a salary of £27,810 (WTE).

Role Purpose: To deliver the organisation’s quality assured, prison-based trauma-informed therapy services

Some of the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Adhere to the organisation’s trauma-informed / survivor-centric model and pathway, including those aligned to the NHS (locally, regionally, and nationally) and IAPT pathways.
• Deliver quality assured trauma-informed / survivor-centric therapy services, in line with the organisations model and pathways.
• Engage in peer-support of OUT Spoken Services staff.
