Books on Wheels Book Delivery Volunteers required. Delivering books from Wilmslow Library to our housebound customers in Wilmslow and Handforth once every four weeks on a Tuesday morning.

As a Books on Wheels Delivery Volunteer you will work with our friendly team of volunteers who deliver books from Wilmslow Library to house bound customers in and around Wilmslow and Handforth. While your own transport is a bonus for this role (travel expenses can be claimed) it is not essential as volunteers work in pairs. The deliveries go out once every four weeks on a Tuesday morning, and the volunteers follow the same round of customers that they visit each time.

An interest in books and meeting new people. Own transport is useful in this role but not essential.
