The VCFSE Alliance Conference is the culmination of many months of conversations across the sector, trying to understand our common challenges, opportunities and values. Funded from monies ringfenced by the ICB for VCFSE transformation at place, CVSCE led a series of consultation events and then supported the resultant Task and Finish Group, made up of VCFSE volunteers from across the sector. This inaugural event aims to launch the principles of the Alliance to the broadest audience, allowing for time to work towards the key aims of:
Connecting
Strengthening
Championing
The event is completely free to all VCFSE Sector organisations, with lunch and refreshments included, and we will circulate digital resources to allow those unable to attend in person to experience some of the conversations. There will be speakers from statutory bodies, but the event is primarily focused on VCFSE sector networking, so expect to re-connect with colleagues and meet new ones!
