BBC Children in Need have 3 funding projects aimed at UK-based organisations who support disadvantaged children and young people aged 18 or under. BBC Children in Need will prioritise smaller, local organisations and will rarely offer funding to organisations with an income above £1 million. The current opportunities are Project Grants Funding Stream (project costs funding supports the aims and delivery of a specific piece of work), Core Grants Funding Stream (core costs funding can be spent on an organisation's central running and operational costs) and Emergency Essentials (grants that provide items that meet children's most basic needs). You will only be able to apply for one of these streams per year.
Grants up to £15,000 are available. Any applications for over £15,000 p/a will only be considered if you are a registered non-profit organisation. There is no deadline for applications on any of the streams.
