The Bridgend Centre is a registered charity and social enterprise and has been a hub providing support to the people of Bollington, Macclesfield and surrounding areas for nearly 25 years. We run weekly health/educational activities and guided walks and are open to all ages and abilities. Bridgend provides a meeting-place for a cuppa and chat and community support to the vulnerable, those with mental health problems and any who are going through times of trauma. We accept referrals from statutory agencies. Volunteers of all ages and abilities help with every aspect of Centre life. We run a number of community projects, presently providing reminiscence sessions for local housing trusts.
