Live at Home scheme offer services and support to help older people lead independent. active and fulfilled lives, and to live securely. We aim to help older people to maintain independence while offering opportunities for companionship, trusted support and advice when needed. We have services to support members in their own homes as well as group acivities.in a place where you can be welcomed and be amongst friends. The range of services are tailored to meet people's needs and include luncheon clubs, afternoon tea club and activities, befriending, telephone befriending, take me home for those that need a little extra support, advice and information, social trips, social events and advocacy. Our services are delivered by a dedicated team of staff and enhanced by our committed volunteers. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for older people.
