An evolving Community Interest Company (not for profit) with a passion for delivering emotional education, training and counselling. We deliver workshops based around Emotional Resilience and promoting positive mental health and are currently looking to develop a network of supportive groups and workshops within Cheshire East building on the good work already done. We deliver Peer Mentor training in both Primary and Secondary schools and are also able to provide bespoke programmes of work focusing on issues identified by the schools. We provide this service to forward-thinking organisations who recognise the importance of good mental health as a priority for the benefit of not only their workforce but also as means of good practice in the workplace. We offer counselling to organisations, schools and members of the public. We are qualified and experienced counsellors, trainers and facilitators and work in a mainly Person-Centred/Integrative way.
