It is essential that you are reliable, and a good time keeper, are well presented, and have good customer care skills.

For Opening - Arrive 15 minutes before the hirer to check that all facilities are ready. Then welcome the Hirer, and show them around the area hired, pointing out the emergency exits, hand over the personalised written instructions, and show them where all the facilities are located and how they work.

For Closing - Arrive 10 minutes before the close of the Event. Check that the area hired has been left in a clean and tidy condition and everything returned to its original placings, ensure that all decorations and balloons are taken off the premises. Before locking up, check all areas of the building and then secure.
