Will is the Director of Strategic Development at Mantra Learning Group covering its three organisations – Mantra, The Job Gym, and The National Logistics Academy, supporting upskilling of residents into sustainable careers, locally and nationally. Will has worked in education management for over 15 years and leads on all things strategic funding, as well as marketing and innovation in the further education sector. Will also runs a management consultancy that supports strategic growth of small organisations and, prior to this, led operations for a large UK-based education charity (the Education Development Trust) in one of its overseas locations in Brunei, on the island of Borneo.
Will holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Manchester and an Aeronautical Engineering degree from Loughborough University and is a keen advocate of work-based learning, particularly apprenticeships.
