Nicola’s previous career was in education, with a specialism in the Early Years, becoming deputy head teacher of a maintained nursery school and children’s centre. She worked as a Specialist Leader in Education in London teaching, working with families and children with complex needs and supporting other settings in developing their provision.
Out of work Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors and yoga.
