Working alongside a Counsellor and a skilled volunteer team, the Project Worker will be responsible for planning and delivering our Foundations Groups. Each group will have a choice of activities including ‘Chat, Cooking and Crafts’
The Project Worker will take a lead role in planning, organising and delivering activities. They will also take a lead on Participation and Empowerment initiatives to actively involve children and young people in the life of the Project.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to:
ü Have increased confidence, improved self-esteem and increased resilience
ü Feel less distressed and have improved emotional and mental health
ü Make new friends and feel less socially isolated
