Full time opportunities have arisen for Support Workers within established supported living services around the Cheshire East area providing supported living for adults with learning disabilities.

Do you have experience of working with young people with Autism / Learning Difficulties / Mental Health? Are you passionate about delivering a person centered service & seeing people reach their full potential?

If so then this could be the fulfilling job your looking for. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, personable and patient. An ability to work flexibly is also desirable to the role, car drivers are preferred due to location.
