Customer Service Officer / Receptionist

This role is crucial to the work we do in at YMCA Cheshire supporting those at risk of experiencing homelessness. The Job purpose is: • To deal with financial transactions for service users and staff • To provide administrative support to all departments • To support Customer Service Manager with Rent Collection and other duties • A focus on service and an ability to empathise with Residents We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience of working with customers • Has the highest aspirations for people of all backgrounds, • Retains a positive attitude in the face of daily challenges, • Can work well as part of a team, whilst having a strong independent work ethic.
