The venue has five meeting rooms.
1. The largest being the Morton Room which will seat 100 people. and also has a stage, a sprung dance floor, acoustic ceiling tiles, and a commercial kitchen. Its an ideal space for day-time children's parties, meetings, training, exhibitions, and currently hosts a large number of regular bookings. Price for the Main Hall only from £15.00 an hour, £20.00 after 6pm and £30.00 an hour for Friday evening and Saturdays and Sundays. Please request a separate quote to hire the commercial kitchen for full food preparation and cooking, and pre-book.
2. The Basement Hovis Meeting Room will seat up to 22 people in various layouts such as committee room, theatre etc., and is available day and evening from £7.00 an hour. from £8.00 an hour after 6pm and from £10.00 on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
3. The Basement Multi-purpose Room is a spacious carpeted room seating approximately 30 people. it has its own separate entrance and toilet facilities. Priced at £10.00 an hour, £15.00 an hour from 6p.m. and £20.00 an hour on Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday.
4 & 5 Two further small meeting rooms, The Committee Room and The Office both accommodating up to 6 people, also sharing the separate entrance are priced from £5.00 an hour.
Event bookings have a 30 minute free set up and breakdown either side of the booking. Regular Bookings have 15 minutes either side.
There is a ramped accessible entrance to the Main Hall, an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. Parking for approximately 12 cars
