Insurance backed tribunal cover - In addition to documentation and unlimited telephone advice, this unique package provides cover for legal costs and adverse award cover should tribunal proceedings be issued.
All steps in a case are covered, including submitting a response, preparing statements, guiding witnesses and representation at any tribunal hearing. This is provided through an insurance policy and is subject to policy conditions including no previous claims history in previous two year and provided the member has followed our advice.
