Monitoring & evaluating are essential for any voluntary or community group. This introductory session will look at the basics of monitoring and evaluating to help you report back to funders and stakeholders.

Who's it for?

 

Small community and voluntary groups who need to know more about how they can monitor their activities and evaluate their progress.

 

Outcomes of the session:

  • Understanding the terms 
  • Understanding the basics of monitoring
  • Understand the basic techniques of evaluating
  •  

The session will be led by Suzy Keen, Membership Services Manager at CVS Cheshire East. Suzy has a number of years experience in the sector specialising in monitoring, including being a PQASSO assessor.
