Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at community and voluntary groups who involve volunteers and volunteer managers. It is particularly suitable for learners who have been on the 'Introduction to Volunteer Management' training course. 

Aim of the session:

To give community and voluntary groups the tools to recruit, support and manage their volunteers effectively. The course will cover:

• Recruiting Volunteers
• Developing and writing role descriptions
• Supporting & Supervising volunteers
• Motivating & valuing volunteers

Results for learners and organisations:
Learners will be more confident in the recruitment and management of volunteers. Organisations will be able to recruit and retain effective volunteers to deliver their service.
